This fireproof galvanized stud track forms a light steel keel system for drywall walls, made under an ISO9001 quality process for steady output.
Light steel keel is roll formed in one single cold bending pass; the C stud and U track combine into a stable metal frame skeleton, with accurate web and flange dimensions and uniform stiffness. It carries load steadily and resists deformation, so the installed wall keeps a high flatness. Together with gypsum board it finishes drywall partition and suspended ceiling work quickly, fitting all kinds of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
The steel core does not burn or give off smoke, and combined with fire board the wall assembly earns a useful fire rating for public buildings.
A consistent ISO9001 workflow keeps section size, zinc weight and hole spacing the same from one batch to the next, so each order matches the sample.
Cold formed ribs give the profile its stiffness without extra weight, so the stud carries boards firmly yet stays easy to handle on site.
The zinc coating holds back rust in normal indoor and semi humid rooms, extending the working life of the framing well past the decoration cycle.
Studs and tracks assemble with simple clips, letting installers raise a straight wall grid quickly and then close it with gypsum board.
