Galvanized C Stud U Track Drywall Framing Profile Interior Partition Wall
This C stud and U track set frames interior partition walls and ceiling grids, using galvanized profiles that stay straight and rust free.
Light steel keel is roll formed in one single cold bending pass; the C stud and U track combine into a stable metal frame skeleton, with accurate web and flange dimensions and uniform stiffness. It carries load steadily and resists deformation, so the installed wall keeps a high flatness. Together with gypsum board it finishes drywall partition and suspended ceiling work quickly, fitting all kinds of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
The U track is shot fixed around the room first, then C studs snap in at a regular pitch, so the wall cage is square before any board is cut.
A compact web and flange keep the profile rigid yet light, so the metal framing carries boards without adding much load to the structure.
The omega furring channel rides across the runners to level a suspended ceiling and hide small slab defects.
Zinc coating keeps rust away in humid rooms and service areas, so the wall frame stays clean under the finished surface.
Because the profiles are modular, damaged parts swap out easily and the framing keeps a consistent line for years.
