Interior Wall Drywall Galvanized Metal Stud Track Framing System Partition
This galvanized steel stud track system is engineered for interior drywall walls and ceiling grids, using light gauge cold formed profiles that keep the whole partition light yet rigid.
Light steel keel is roll formed in one single cold bending pass; the C stud and U track combine into a stable metal frame skeleton, with accurate web and flange dimensions and uniform stiffness. It carries load steadily and resists deformation, so the installed wall keeps a high flatness. Together with gypsum board it finishes drywall partition and suspended ceiling work quickly, fitting all kinds of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
The channel is rolled from zinc coated steel coil, and the compact C stud and U track section delivers a straight, twist free line along the full wall height.
Running track is fixed to floor and head plates first, then studs are locked in at a regular spacing, so the drywall metal framing stays square and plumb during boarding.
Zinc coating resists moisture and everyday corrosion, which keeps the light gauge framing tidy in washrooms, basements and other damp interiors.
Because every member is factory cut to the same length, drywall workers board faster and generate less on site waste.
The system accepts standard gypsum board, cement board and insulation, so it suits offices, shops, hotels and apartment partitions alike.
